This family sure holds a special place in my heart. When I get to be a doula AND take their milestone photos; it’s just a full package treat for me!

This family was the sweetest. The older kiddos love their baby sister and it was SO evident!

We found out we were pregnant at the very start of the new year #2020 and from the beginning we planned a homebirth. Todd (my husband) was skeptical but after our first experience at a birth center, he was much more on board the second time around to agree to my homebirth wishes. Sometimes its hard to fall asleep when you KNOW you will be needing to parent in the middle of the night. Here is the fruit of that insomnia I have. I’ve really felt a calling to share this little story with you all, who knows who needs to hear it? Hopefully just one of you does and that would make this level of vulnerability all worth it.
